Arsenal Injury Update: Thomas Set to Miss 3 Crucial Rounds Due to Injury

Arsenal has announced that their star striker, Gabriel Jesus, will miss three crucial matches due to a knee injury. The Brazilian forward has been out since the beginning of this season with a torn meniscus in his right knee.

The news came as a shock to fans and managers alike, who had been eagerly anticipating Jesus' return to the starting lineup after missing several games during the off-season. He was expected to be ready for Arsenal's upcoming Premier League match against Manchester City on Sunday.

However, according to reports from Arsene Wenger, Jesus will need time to recover from the injury before making a comeback. He is expected to be sidelined for at least three weeks, which means he could be unavailable for matches against Tottenham Hotspur, Chelsea, and Liverpool.

Wenger said in a statement, "We are disappointed to hear that Gabriel Jesus will not be available for the next few matches. We hope that he can return soon and contribute to our team's success."

This news comes just a week after Arsenal suffered another setback when defender Aaron Ramsey was ruled out for six weeks with a hamstring injury. The club have already lost two key players in recent months, with winger Olivier Giroud also suffering from a knee injury.

Despite these setbacks, Arsenal remain optimistic about their chances of winning the league title. They currently sit second in the table behind Liverpool, but they still have five matches left to play, including four away games.

In the meantime, manager Wenger has pledged to do everything possible to support his injured players and ensure they get the best care and treatment. He said, "I want to thank everyone for their understanding and support during this difficult time. Our priority is to make sure all our players are safe and healthy."
