La Liga Player Contract Renewal Dynamics: Real Madrid's Camavinga Extends Until 2028.
Real Madrid have announced that they have extended the contract of midfielder Eduardo Camavinga until June 30, 2028.
The Frenchman has been with the club since he was just 14 years old and has made over 150 appearances for Los Blancos in all competitions.
Camavinga has been one of the standout performers for Real Madrid this season, helping them to win La Liga and reach the Champions League semi-finals.
He has also been linked with a move away from the Bernabeu, with Manchester United among the clubs said to be interested in signing him.
However, Real Madrid have now confirmed that they will not be letting their star player leave anytime soon.
In a statement released by the club, they said: "Eduardo Camavinga has agreed a new contract with Real Madrid until June 30, 2028.
"His performance on the pitch is a clear sign of his commitment to the team and we are delighted to continue working together."
It remains to be seen whether or not Camavinga will be able to play a key role in the upcoming Champions League campaign, but for now, it seems that he will be staying at the Bernabeu for another few years.
