RB Leipzig 3-0 Union Berlin, Nkunku Olmo and Szoboszlai score

RB Leipzig secured their third consecutive Bundesliga win with a dominant display against Union Berlin on Saturday.

The hosts took the lead in the 27th minute when Olmo slotted home from close range after a fine move down the right flank. The Argentine winger then added a second in the 54th minute as he pounced on a loose ball to slot past Union goalkeeper Neuer.

Nkunku's goal was a further testament to RB Leipzig's dominance as he rounded off a well-worked move before slotting home from the penalty spot in the 81st minute. It was the forward's first Bundesliga goal since his return from injury earlier this season.

Szoboszlai also had a hand in the third Leipzig goal, as he scored the winner just four minutes later following a brilliant move involving himself and Nkunku. The Hungarian international finished clinically after receiving a pass from the Austrian winger.

Overall, it was a comprehensive victory for RB Leipzig who remain top of the table with 16 points from seven games. They will be looking to maintain their unbeaten record when they host Hoffenheim next weekend.
